I love music, especially 90s music. The 90s were bloody brilliant. From its scrappy beginnings in the 50s, its romantic childhood in the 60s, its bloated stumble at the start of the 70s and its startling recovery at the end, then the cynical wobble in the 80s, pop music was old enough to know what it was doing, and smart enough to know what it shouldn't be. No other decade has thrown up more variety and diversity. You can't look at that decade and define it by anything; there was only too much going on. Rock and pop bestrode the entire planet like rarely before or since. With grunge, guitar music enjoyed possibly its last true innovation. The decade wins for ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit' alone, but the heady college rock scene that surrounded it created one of the most glorious eras in all of pop culture. While looking for the best therapy in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or North York I came across ARC psychology. I have an eye-opening and liberating experience there. ARC Psychology is a private psychology practice that specializes in providing an individualized and integrative approach to therapy to decrease each person's current symptoms and to meet their treatment goals. I had a couple of less than desirable experiences with treatment, but ARC psychology has changed all my views for the better. They also provide psychological assessment and therapy to couples and individuals for a variety of problems including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, anger, moral injury, sleep difficulties, phobias, stress, substance use and addictions, loss, work difficulties, family difficulties, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. It felt safe and reliable which creates confidence and security in a person especially when they are trying to open up. Everything is better now thanks to ARC psychology.
